Brodrick Court in Leeds was a sensitive site due to planning restrictions but Magna Holdings successfully converted the site into a contemporary, urban development. Adjacent to Millenium Square in Leeds, Brodrick Court had to be developed so it complemented it's high profile surroundings.
Magna converted the building into a prestigious complex, containing 19 flats, and a bar and restaurant in the ground floor.
