We have a number of workshop units to rent at Dalton Mills in Keighley, at £70 per week, as well as industrial and storage space available. In total, there is around 800,000 sq ft of space at Dalton Mills in Keighley, near Bradford. 20,000 sq ft of office space has been created within the Clock Tower and there are workshop units and industrial or storage units to let at very affordable prices, around the Clock Tower and within the Genappe Mill and New Mill. We have a variety of sizes and type of space available within Dalton Mills, starting from as little as £2 per sq ft.
Dalton Mills is in an excellent location, close to the amenities of Keighley town centre and within easy reach of Leeds, Bradford and Keighley train station. Keighley is set to receive massive investment in the coming year as part of the Airedale Masterplan. The plan, which was launched in 2005, has already facilitated major developments in Keighley and Airedale and it is set to yield further improvements in local amenities and transport links.
