The White Hart scheme at Boston is a waterfront development with planning consent for ten residential units. Plans have been drawn up for luxury homes overlooking the River Witham on the former car park of the White Hart hotel in Boston. Our architect, Allen Tod, has created a design reminiscent of art deco buildings, with a distinctive brick façade and a handmade finish.
The site is sensitive due to its listed status and it’s proximity to the Boston Stump, so extra care was taken when the plans were drawn up.
